Relationship.

Ten years ago I first met the team from Charter Homes & Neighborhoods. Since that time I have been invited to tell the story of each neighborhood, annual team meetings, celebrations, ground breakings and VIP events. I have also had the opportunity to photograph weddings, new borns & surprise 50th birthday parties for members of the Charter team outside of their work environment. This is my desire. To get to know the lives of the people that I work with and be there to celebrate who they are along the way. It is meaningful work within the teams that they are a part of. It becomes even sweeter when it includes their families and homes on a personal level.

When I arrived at that first team meeting to photograph the squad as they battled in a kickball tournament I never imagined that I would have so many sweet times together with these people. This is what happens when people who value relationship work together. Super proud to be a part of the team that continues to tell the story of Charter Homes and Neighorhoods as they grow. Even more pleased to call many of them friends.
